Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific, San Diego, California, is the contracting activity (N66001-21-A-0083). This contract was competitively solicited with two proposals received and one selected for award. Future requirements will be procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 8.405-3(c)(1). Funds will be obligated via delivery orders using operations and maintenance (DoD) funds. This agreement will not obligate funds at the time of award.
The ordering period will be for five years from June 1, 2021, through May 31, 2026.

Dell Marketing L.P., Round Rock, Texas, is awarded a single-award, firm-fixed-price blanket purchase agreement (BPA) with an overall estimated value of $2,493,000,000, under the Department of Defense Enterprise Software Initiative (DOD ESI) in accordance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation System 208.74, DOD Directive 8470.01E, and DOD Executive Agent for Commercial Software Product Management of Core Enterprise Technology Agreements.
